Duties:

| 27 | Place conduit, pipes, or tubing inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed. areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduits or ducts to complete circuits between boxes. |
| 28 | Perform installation on low voltage systems, electronic fire alarm systems, pull stations, strobes, horns, detectors, exit signs and other related building system products. |
| 29 | Construct or fabricate parts using hand tools according to specifications. |
| 30 | Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduits or moving or lifting heavy objects. |
| 31 | Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections using hand tools. |
| 32 | Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts and reassemble equipment using hand tools. |
| 33 | Direct work of employees with less experience and assist these individuals as needed. |
| 34 | Construct, assemble, and install all electrical parts contained on furniture pieces, according to blueprints and specifications. |
| 35 | Ensure that electrical systems are integrated seamlessly into our furniture manufacturing processes. |
| 36 | Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. |

| 41 | Troubleshoots and repairs primary distribution system malfunctions such as ground fault tracing and cable replacement. |
| 42 | Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. |

Skills:

| 1 | Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English. |
| 2 | General knowledge of skilled trades such as electrical and general HVAC and Mechanics. Advanced knowledge in one of these areas required. |
| 3 | Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as blue prints and mechanical drawings and mechanical maintenance instructions. |
| 4 | Ability to communicate, verbal and in writing, effectively with guest, with high level of patience, diplomacy and tact. Excellent interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction. |
| 5 | Ability to work under pressures and extensive hours when it is necessary. |
